    In case you are planning to file for a France Visa or maybe a Dubai Visa, I have here some basic and hopefully helpful information for you. There are a few guidelines you must take into consideration when you are applying for a French Visa.

    Who Needs to Have A Dubai Visa?

    Not all citizens from all countries around the world outside France are required to have a visa upon entry to France. This is determined according to:

    •     From which country you belong
    •     If you hold a residence permit in France or maybe from a different country that is under the Agreement of Schengen
    •     The length of stay you intend
    •     Which part of the French Republic you want to go to

    There are countries that are considered to be part of its European territory and these are as follows: Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Iceland, Lithuania, Estonia, Luxembourg, Malta, Greece and more.

    Below are the countries that France won’t require the citizens to apply for a France Visa:

    1. Members of the Schengen countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bermuda, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Holy See, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela & Member States of the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA);

    2. Those holders of passports issued by the  Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Special Administrative Region of Macao of the People’s Republic of China;

    3.Those holding a residence permit in France or even those who have travel document or residence permit from the countries listed as members of Schengen

    However, those that are not required to have a France visa still needs some requirements and these are as such:

    •     Declaration of the number of days of stay and must understand that they are only allowed to stay for a duration of 90 days
    •     Valid reasons for their visit
    •     In case you don’t plan to stay there for only 90 days, as there’s no extension allowed, you need to secure for a France Visa

        Thus, if you plan to stay for more than 90 days, then you’ll surely need to apply for a French Visa specially if you aren’t a member or is not part of those countries listed above. Here are your requirements then:

    1.Bring you passport. The passport must not be expiring for your full travel, particularly within 3 months or more.

    2.Recently taken passport size photos. Two copies of it. Photo must have been taken not more than two months before application and it must have a plain, solid white background.

    3. A completely filled up application form with signature. If applicant is below 18 years old, parents must affix their signature. Note that erasures or superimpositions are not allowed.

    4.Application fee

    Take note that requirements listed above may change depending on the update for France visa requirements.
